The candidate presents with 36 years of nursing experience, of which three have been as an interim ED leader.  She has managed ERs since 2003.  Her background in ED operations leadership includes patient volumes from 10,000 to 60,000 visits, in ERs with from 9 to 31 bays and staffs ranging from 45 to 148 FTEs inside community-based, academic and Level II Trauma-designated facilities.
