Morgan Hunter HealthSearch has an immediate need for an Interim OR Manager for our client facility in a major metropolitan Texas location.

The Interim OR Manager reports to the Director of Peri-Operative Services and  oversees day-to-day operations.  Scope of responsibility includes nine surgery rooms, Pre-Op, PACU and central sterile units.  A staff of 60 provide care for predominantly orthopedic, ENT and plastic cases that number from 25 to 30 each day.

Candidates will have a minimum of three years of surgical services leadership, well-developed interpersonal skills and a strong knowledge of compliance with Joint Commission and CMS regulations.
