Morgan Hunter HealthSearch has an immediate opportunity for an Interim Director of Nursing Operations, Behavioral Health Services with a health system located in the Northeast.  Reporting to the Behavioral Health Service Line Administrator, the director will oversee all aspects of nursing for a total of 74 inpatient beds between four hospitals (44 at the flagship facility), as well as 20,000 annual outpatient visits.  The system is currently implementing a master facilities plan that will increase the service offerings within behavioral health and increase the bed capacity to 126.  The primary focus of the interim engagement is to bring a positive, mentoring leadership style to the nursing department.

Candidates should possess a BSN (master’s preferred) and a minimum of five years management experience, ideally in a behavioral health setting.
