As part of our commitment to the healthcare industry and its players, we like to share the latest news and developments. In March 2011, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) held its 12th Annual International Summit on Improving Patient Care in the Office Practice and the Community.

The purpose of the event was to help attendees identify cutting-edge ideas ready for immediate application; find new ways to engage patients, families and communities in redesigning and delivering optimal care; network with colleagues to generate ideas and build supportive relationships; and explore ways to build healthier communities and provide superior care to patients while containing or reducing costs.
