Morgan Hunter HealthSearch is recruiting for an immediate opening for and Interim Manager of NICU for a major, north eastern, academic medical center. The NICU is comprised of 24 critical and 8 step-down beds with a staff of 45 RNs and 4 unit clerks.
The interim will report to the Director of Maternal Child Health Services and will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations including patient assignment and classification, communications with families and physicians, as well as maintaining an environment of teamwork.
