The candidate presents with nearly 40 years of HIM experience, including 16 years as an interim in a variety of settings ranging from 14 to 43 HIM FTEs in facilities with bed sizes from 25 to 395.  He has overseen all HIM operations, developed/managed vendor resources and acted as privacy officer.  He is well-versed in all compliance and reporting initiatives, as well as various EMR systems.
