Morgan Hunter Healthsearch has an immediate need for an Interim Emergency Department Manager located in Colorado.  The facility was just named for the third consecutive year as among the Top 100 Rural & Community Hospitals in the nation.

The Interim Emergency Department Manager reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and oversees day-to-day operations of a 12-bed, Level IV trauma designated ER that provides care for approximately 15,000 annual visits.  Additionally, oversight extends to an urgent care facility that is staffed with three NP’s who see approximately 6,000 patients annually.  The total staff is 78, with 50 FTEs.

Interim candidates will present with a BSN (Masters’ preferred) and at least five years of ER experience with a minimum of two years of nursing leadership.
