Morgan Hunter HealthSearch is seeking an immediate Interim Surgery Manager for one of its client hospitals located in Western Nebraska.

The Interim Surgery Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of a two-suite OR with a four-bed pre-Op/PACU and a sterile processing unit.  The Interim will report to the Director of Nursing, who leads all nursing services for this critical access designated facility.

Objectives for the engagement are to evaluate operations, staff cross training, block utilization  and suggest ideas on how case volume may be enhanced.  Current case types include endoscopic, eyes, OB, orthopedics and minor general surgery.
