Morgan Hunter HealthSearch has immediate opportunities for three inpatient INTERIM NURSE MANAGERS.  The units are Orthopedics, Cardiac Care and ICU/SCCU.  These interim positions are located in the upper Midwest.

The Manager of Orthopedics oversees operations of a 12-bed Joint Center and a 24-bed inpatient unit with an ADC of 24.  Case types include  70% total joint, 10% shoulder and 20% neuro-spine.  The Manager reports to the Director of Nursing Services and Clinical Education.

The Manager of Cardiac Care oversees operations of 54-bed unit (includes a 12-bed step-down) with an ADC of 40.  There are Patient Care Coordinators for direct patient care supervision and a dedicated Clinical Educator.  The Manager reports to the Director Medical Specialty Services.

The Manager of ICU/SCCU oversees a 15-bed ICU unit with an ADC of 9 and a 12-bed SCCU with an ADC of 7.5.  Each unit has its own Nursing Supervisor.  Together, the units provide care for cardiac, respiratory failure, sepsis, DKA, oncology, trauma and major surgical interventions.
