Interim Revenue Cycle Director/Consultant

The candidate presents with 30 years of revenue cycle/PFS experience, of which 20 have been as an interim director or manager.  He has served in facilities ranging in size from critical access to 2,600 beds, with revenue cycle staffs from 12 to 115 FTEs.  He also has strong provider billing experience with groups as large as 450 physicians.  He is experienced with multiple EMRs, billing/admission and coding systems.

He pointed to his ability to evaluate operations, to implement process change to achieve goals and objectives while building cohesive teams.  He commented that re-organizing work flow, removing bottlenecks and communication are key elements to making change successful.

He appears to get things done through people, so it’s important to him that he is visible, approachable, genuine and acts as a resource.  The candidate talked about looking at how changes might impact other departments as an element of his overall style.
