Interim Director of Quality, Process Improvement and Clinical Outcomes

The candidate presents with 15 years of interim leadership and consulting in quality, case management, medical staff services, process improvement, UM, infection management and regulatory and accreditation compliance.  She has experience with systems, multi-site acute care, safety-net, tertiary, outpatient clinics, for-profit and non-profit settings, with staffs from one to 12, beds from 40 to 1,200 and from one to 13 treatment sites. She is LEAN certified and holds a Green Belt.


Sample engagements have included Joint Commission Consultant, System Quality Consultant and Interim System Vice President for Clinical Integration, Case Management, Quality and Patient Safety.
